Clarinet Reeds: Van Doren 3 (2 good reeds everday. Reeds should last two weeks if used, maintained, and rotated properly.) Reeds are available from Music & Arts or the local Radio Shak.

Students will be invited to perform at Concerts only if they complete at certain proficiency level on their instrument. Public performances must be earned. Please download the current grade sheets in our "downloads" page for more information.
Students who show A-B level proficiency with "S" conduct marks in all classes during the first three 9 weeks will be given the opportunity to try other instruments during the end of the fourth 9 weeks: (oboe, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, euphonium, and tuba.)
Students who exhibit A level proficiency in band and A-B proficiency in all other classes during the first three 9 weeks in band, and 0 referrals in all classes will be given the opportunity to audition for percussion. Auditions do not guarantee a percussion spot.
